**Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner** to join our team of highly trained OrthopedicSurgeons.Weprovide care to a varied group ofpatients withgeneral orthopedicsurgical needs.Our PA willseepatients in the orthopedic surgery clinicround on patients inthe hospital and provide surgical first-assist in the OR. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organized, well-prepared, a critical-thinker, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment andwork effectively within a team.
**Essential Functions and Requirements:**
Board Certification as a Physician Assistantor Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of AZ
Prescribing privileges including DEA license for controlled substance
**ACNP must have RNFA at the time of application**
Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS
Prefer experience but New Grads with Orthopedic background/clinical rotations will be considered
**Practice Details:**
Full-Time | Monday Friday
Inpatient/Outpatient High volume practice
Provide first-assist as needed
Will have your own patient panel
Call: Practice Call Rotation, and potential for hospital call up to 1 to 2 weekends per month
