Key job responsibilities

- Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision making and process improvements

A day in the life

As a Supply Chain Manager at Amazon, your days will be dynamic and filled with both strategic planning and tactical problem-solving. You'll spend your time collaborating across multiple teams, addressing immediate carrier challenges while simultaneously working on long-term network improvements. Throughout the day, you'll analyze performance data, participate in stakeholder meetings, and develop innovative solutions for our transportation network. This role offers a unique blend of reactive problem-solving and proactive strategic planning, allowing you to make a real impact on our logistics operations. About the team

You'll join the Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) team, a diverse group that's essential to Amazon's success. Our team prioritizes safety while focusing on getting products to inventory quickly, conveniently, and sustainably. Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of program or project management experience

- 1+ years of supply chain experience

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field

- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology

- Experience in MS Access and SQL

- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
